Why would a guy say he don't want to get his gf pregnant but he don't want to use a condom he rather pull out?

    He says that because he's stupid. Pulling out has made a lot of babies. If the girl agrees then she's also stupid and will probably end up pregnant.

    Selfishness. Pure and simple. Cares more about his own pleasure than this partner's health and safety.

      Indeed, he is only looking after his own desire for sex without a condom. "Pulling out" is a very unreliable form of birth control, as many couples have found.

    Because he is stupid that he doesnt know that when he pulls out he leaves a few thousand sperm as to over 60 million when he does come but it only takes one sperm to get a girl pregnant. 44% of unplanned pregnancies are from the pull out method.

    As long as the woman is using a reliable form of contraception and they are both disease free, he doesn't HAVE to use condoms. (THough if she asks him to do so, he should comply with her wishes.)

    As for his weird fetish or phobia about ejaculating during sex ... that's his issue, and if his partner is fine with it, it's not a problem.
