Why am I so physically weak?

I just started body weight training. And I’m a skinny fat boy. I have thin arms and legs. Whenever I do squats or bench dips, my arms and legs start quivering and i feel pain. Due to this, I can’t do push ups or mountain climbers or planks either. Because my legs are shivering. Why are they so weak? Am i just... show more I just started body weight training.
