Is EVIL a Psychiatric Illness or a Philosophy?

It’s a personality disorder or mental condition, but not an illness.

Psychiatric. I think there is too much what we don't know but maybe more than one of those.

Neither, Evil is something that you are born with my friend.

It's the weeds that come in and grow in case of emotional emptiness or malnourishment.

Evil is as much of a thing as black or white

Some evil is deformation of healthy psyche or soul-field, in which Light energy is veiled, distorted, etc.
Other evil is a more specialized and organized deformation of love of wise (Godly) dominion, i.e., lust for domination; the latter is a type of "a philosophy," if such wizardry may be termed philosophy. However, such is also a deformation, e.g. as sociopathy, which has psychological issues.

In my view, it's neither. It's the subjective evaluation of something by some concept-forming being, usually as a way of describing, or thinking about, something that has caused the subject pain, sadness, and/or harm.

Psychiatric illness obviously :(

Neither. It's a property of beings with bad immoral intentions.

Evil is the privation of good.
