Is it possible to throw a home run?

I'm serious if you can hit a homerun, why not throw it with your own hands.

Could humans be able to do this? How strong would someone need to be?

Are you just asking if a player could throw a ball over the wall from home plate, or are you somehow suggesting this should be a home run of some kind in baseball?

Bauer just threw it over the fence from the pitchers mound in disgust when he was taken out of the game.

According to this thing, some guy threw it 445 feet. That would clear the wall from home plate.

It is not possible. Home runs have to be hit.

A ball can be thrown from home plate to the outfield and clear some part of the wall, but that doesn't make it a home run.

    That would be cheating.
