Can VR (Vocational Rehabilitation) assist with buying clothing for people with low income non work related?

I already get disability but I can afford to buy anything because I only get like 600, and I got to pay for rent, and food because that's the most important things you need.

Vocational Rehab is all about job training and placement - NOT clothing. Buy your clothes at a thrift store. My favorite thrift store has sales on clothing at least once a month at 50% off.

Vocational rehabilitation is supposed to give you training so you can learn a skill, get a job and get off welfare... NOT buy you clothes so you can go out and party.
