Setting aside all of the other considerations (insurance being the biggest), you're assuming that a lender would even consider you. And, good luck finding a lender who will cover you for that 6-7 years you'd need to get that payment to the magical $1100 mark.
Every college grad (and, sorry, MBAs are a dime-a-dozen now) feels the need to show off. The smart ones are the ones who save and live modestly, investing and building wealth. When you're 45 and REALLY starting to think about retirement, you're going to regret spending money on a used money pit.
Also, have you considered the one thing that slaps new exotic owners in the face every time, which is maintenance? Hope you enjoy $3500 brake jobs, $400 oil changes, etc. Your $85K (less after taxes) will get swallowed up quickly. Plus, if you're not in a large town/city, good luck finding someone to maintain that vehicle. I know idiots back in my home area (west TX) who get quick cash in the oilfield, go out and spend every dime on a new Lambo, then have to HAVE IT TOWED to the Dallas area to get it serviced. All say the same thing, "I didn't even think of that when I bought it."
Are you delusional? No. Just being a typical young, dreamy car nut.
