To lose in general you want to be a selfish prick. If everything and everything is an example, humans are fiercely tribal apes. The trick to success is be ruthless to other tribes in the interest of yours. That's where kids don't get it. All this equality stuff means you have to have dinner with Trump and be nice to him, so maybe Trump was right if you don't want to hang around him, right?
If you mean lose fat, stop walking on the treadmill and lift some heavy weights. Run uphill or run hard, bike hard, etc. Fat is energy, stop leaking it out looking bored while exercising and dump it off. If you can send a text message between sets, you didn't work hard enough.

Eat smaller portions of food and eat healthier food i get that the amount of what you eat is important but saying only the amount matters when you're trying to lean out and get down to 14 percent or 17 percent body fat is absolutely ridiculous. You're still giving your body some kind saturated, trans, etc kind of fat to store when you eat too much junk food or eat it too often. Your body is just gonna reciprocate what you do so if you're not working out enough, not eating healthy, and not drinking enough water your body will show you that. The fastest way to lose weight is to eat healthy, do cardio five days a week for thirty minutes, with rest days in between most likely on the weekends or whenever you can take a break from it, drink lots of water, and be patient this is process that takes time but getting in over your head and trying to go too fast won't help you so enjoy the journey it's good that you're making a change because you don't like your body just don't start hating yourself and don't beat yourself up it takes everyone time good luck and enjoy your journey.

Eat less. Try a 3 day diet (tuna is a good one). I've used them several time and lost between 6-10 pounds in 3 days.
