Wholly up to the DA, the judge, the law, and your atty's persuasiveness. I have seen one sentenced to One Month in Prison. He could whip me at Scrabble..
Better to call your Superior Court clerk and Ask what the law says. Hire a good lawyer. Better than risk of well-meaning strangers on the 'Net.
A felony usually cannot get county ( jail) time. You Might be eligible for probation. Some felonies can be redesignated a misdemeanor. A Class 6, in my state. In your Unknown location, IDK. In AZ, a class 6 is minimal. In others, a class 4 is a major offense.
ADC (Prison) is Usually better for a first timer than County. The I/Ms are more relaxed, jobs, classes, can walk around inside the the perimeter. The only bad thing is a record, loss of rights. Still, a set aside and rights restoration often possible on first offense.
EDIT: Ohio? Call your Local Superior Court, Public Defender. Free calls, free advice, free consultation with PD. You Should have been assigned one? Sure you aren't a Troll?
