I don't know. I like YA better than quora, because the format on quora is confusing.

Less activty and less valuable content, as well as Verizon Media probably not taking much action to ensure YA shows up high on other company's search engines (face it, there's not much on this site to brag about regarding quality of content)

Quora pays money for asking questions. But they're closely moderated they don't permit. Harassing other members. They have live moderators and if you file a complaint by pushing the button the other person. Loses his privilege to be on quora. Yahoo answers is very rapidly getting a very bad reputation. People know this is not a safe place to be.

because people were using google's indexing ability to target particular users

google screenshots everything, so you used to could go and look at content that had long been deleted

that means you could take a screenshot of a y!a question that google indexed, and if it was a bad enough violation you could send the screenshot into y!a team and they would suspend the account

fun fun, i have done this to many

i didnt shed too much of a tear when it finally happened to me

Google has been fined in the past for providing "favorites" in the search engine .... I have no doubt they still do it.
