Is there a medical condition for look to young?

’m 29 and can sometimes be mistaken for 16. This doesn’t seem normal at all

Is there a medical condition that causes this and if so can I fix it

Sure; there are medical conditions that give you youthful features, like dwarfism, Turners Syndrome, Down’s syndrome, etc. but you would for sure know by now if you had something.
