Having misfires, engine idles rough. Checked the spark plugs, injectors and coil packs and they are all good, is it the idle air control?

    You should have started with replacing the spark plugs and wires.

    What's the fuel pressure/

    if this started after filling your gas tank take a gas sample in glass jar and let it sit for a half hour to see if water separates from the gasoline.

    If all that gets done check the timing marks to make sure the timing belt didn't jump time.

    You don't have all of that without the check engine light flashing. You checked the plugs and coils meaning you ran diagnostic tests on them

      My bad, the check engine light is on, i got it read and there are 3 cylinders misfiring, but I'm guessing its jumping from cylinder to cylinder

    Get a code reading at an auto parts store. Modern cars have numerous sensors that (when bad) can cause that problem.
