    Some good ones:

    "Lost in the Cosmos: The Last Self-Help Book" by Dr. Walker Percy;

    "101 Things All Young Adults Should Know" by Sir John Hawkins;

    "The Path of the Higher Self;"

    "For Couples Only" by Shaunti Feldhahn;

    "Autobiography of a Yogi;"

    "Beams from Meher Baba;"

    "Toward a Psychology of Being;"

    "Man's Search for Meaning."

    There aren't many books written by people who learned something in someone else's lifetime. Come on now. Think about it. That's just silly.

    There are many such books. You might try, "When Breathe Becomes Air" by Paul Kalanithi.

    Just about every book is about what someone learned in their lifetime. Even most fiction is a way of dealing with issues and themes that are derived from real life.
