Funny you say that since 3 of the 5 major networks are owned and manged by conservatives.

More than 60% of all print media, newspapers, magazines, etc., are owned and manged by conservatives.

And almost 90% of all terrestrial radio stations are owned and managed by conservatives.

This far right meme that we have a 'liberal media' is the US is laughable.

The media is owned by foreign Billionaires who hate America and own the DNC. That's why we no longer rely on those outlets for news.

Because according to conservatives since the media isn't 100% in lockstep with the GOP agenda it's liberal!

In reality the media tries to be neutral.

Liberal must be the counter name for honesty. Maybe that's what you are referring to.

Hardly. War is started and run on TV- so is the "election".

The leftist radicals of the 1960s & 1970s who went into journalism as a profession rose to senior positions with the news organizations by the late 1980s. Their seniority gave them the power to influence who was hired and they used the influence to ensure only their fellow leftists got jobs as journalists. The process was mostly complete by 1992 when the "mainstream media" conspired to make certain Bill Clinton got overwhelmingly positive publicity while giving George H.W. Bush publicity that was almost exclusively negative.

The result was the news media basically decided who would win the Presidency and they LOVED having that self-awarded power.

FOX news was created in 1996 specifically to act as a counter balance to the leftist "mainstream" media. FOX today has more viewers than most of the "mainstream" news networks put together. That is why the Left hates FOX.

Note the Left/Media gets into such a froth when conservative candidates win elections because they really do believe they know best and we disobeyed them by voting conservative. To the Left/Media, people who don't vote-as-told are reactionaries and counter-revolutionaries who deserve to be liquidated (killed).

The same thing (60s/70s radicals) happened in academia, which is why so many universities today are staffed by crazed leftists who will fail a student who does not parrot the party line. There is no national equivalent of FOX for academia so a kid who is conservative has to be very careful regarding what university they attend.

It isn't. However holding a steady job and the ability to use the English language are prerequisites. Something cons struggle with.

They aren't. You're just so alt-right that everybody who doesn't agree with you, which is most people, including the media, looks liberal. When you're so far right, everything else is to your left, even centrists and those who are impartial.
