Best you can do, is make sure that anything that might result in resource guarding, isn't available. In other words, feed separated, not letting them back together until the bowls are picked up. Ditto for treats - I don't do chews (rawhide) but if mine have treats, they have those that can be eaten up immediately. Not dwelt over. If they are, separate them!!
When we had numbers in our small show/breeding pack, I'd put the bowls down, calling each name, in the exact same place and order - otherwise there'd have been mayhem. As it was, when we started getting oldies, who didn't gobble up quite as fast, I had to be right there, to stop the younger ones piling in.
