Nope. There's hiit cardio, steady state cardio, sprints, jogging, running, walking, swimming, bike riding etc. i wouldn't recommend doing hiit more than three times a week because your body will hate you. You have to give it a chance to rest with all exercises two rest days three at the most are really good but hiit uses all of the major muscle groups and if you're sore don't beat yourself up for taking a break and drink some bcaas to reduce the soreness so you can recover faster and train again sooner. But don't eat too much before cardio a banana or an apple just something light and healthy won't raise your insulin levels to the point where you can't burn fat but eating a meal before working out will. You don't burn fat for energy if your insulin levels are too high avoid fatty, processed, and sugary snacks and foods when trying to lose body fat. So aerobic training does burn fat you just can't eat a meal before you do it you have to avoid that until after your workout. I hope this helps and enjoy your journey.
