I have PlayStation Plus games installed on a PS4 account that no longer have playstion Plus how can I transfer them to my active PS Plus?

You can't. Games you get for free as part of PS+ are tied to the account that initially activated those games when it had Plus. In order for those games to keep working, you need Plus on the first account. PS+ game licenses, like other games, can't be transferred between accounts and can only be shared.

You can't transfer between accounts.
The only thing you can do is upgrade the account with those games to PS+, and play them on that account.

You can’t transfer them however if you make the account with PS+ the primary account (there’s an option to activate as primary) then the benefits of PS+ will apply to the other accounts on the console.
