Has an ejected manager ever been caught relaying information to players from inside the clubhouse?

Let’s just say a pitcher finishes up an inning then goes down into the clubhouse to go to the bathroom, and the manager talks to him on his way there. Has a manager ever been caught giving instructions inside?

Frankly, the art of managers continuing to manage after ejection has taken countless forms.

It's common knowledge and accepted that the manager still communicates his instructions to the team from the clubhouse.
