May I know, how to fried chicken skin and able keep in containers for long?

    Just know the chicken will not be as crispy as it is when if is fresh.

    For short storage place in a container and refrigerate.

    To heat I would place it on a rack in / over another pan and bake until heated through. The chicken elevated on a rack should be crispy all around since it is not sitting and steaming on the bottom.

    For longer storage wrap individual pieces and freeze. To heat thaw over night in the refrigerator then heat as above.
