Why does my head hurt?

For about 2 years I've had on and off headaches in one particular spot in my head. When I sneeze, cough, or do anything strenuous it hurts. I've had an MRI done of my head and an EEG, and they both came back perfect. They found nothing. I would like some form of answer as to what's causing this pain. I'm not sure what to do, I've just been living with it.

Thanks in advance for any answers.

You could try cranial osteopothy, your skull and neck could be out of alignment. It worked for me after a motorbike accident.

Depending on where the pain is, there can be different answers. You can look up diagrams online that will show what your headache means.
