My arms feel numb or feel uncomfortable when sleeping at night is this scary is this a sign of cancer?

Do they feel numb because you're sleeping on them? Are you experiencing numbness only at bedtime? Possibly a pinched nerve that is exacerbated when you lay down? I'd see your doctor, describe your complaints - and see what he/she has say - before you waste a lot of time possibly worrying needlessly.

Why would you think this has anything to do with cancer..?
You pinch off the blood supply for a few hours by sleeping on them wrong so they go numb. Find a sleeping position where you're not collapsing the arteries in your arm

No, your circulation may blocked if you are sleeping on your side, or you put your arm under something while you sleep.
