The SS-18 Satan (Russian designation R-36) is a LAND based Intercontinental Ballistic Missile and also serves as the basis of the Cyclone Space Launch Vehicle. It is not deployed on the submarines.

The Soviet and later Russian Delta III class boats carried 16 SS-N-18 Stingray (Russian designation R-29R) Submarine Launched Ballistic Missiles. In 2018 Russian Navy decommissioned the K-433, the last of its Delta III submarines.

Despite similar NATO designations the R-29R and R-36 are two completely different missiles.

The SS-18 is a land based weapon, and is not deployed aboard ballistic missile subs. The SS-N-20 is the type you mean, perhaps?

In the Typhoon-class SSBN, the Russians deploy 20 of the SS-N-20's, each.
