Roaches become more numerous during summer months (much like most insects, including ants, mosquitoes, flies...) and they rarely pose a threat to human health. They don't eat human meat and having them at home doesn't necessarily indicate it's dirty. If you live next to a grocery store or restaurant, the chances are some of them will come to visit you at home ;). There are ways to avoid having them (as in the case of ants), like not leaving food out and cleaning up after yourself.

It can't be pleasant , that's for sure,....but history is filled with people who pulled themselves up out of the gutter and made something of themselves.

Cockroaches are clean animals. They groom themselves regularly. They are only dirty if their surroundings are dirty.

Sure. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Cockroaches rarely kill.
