I'm trying to cut but I'm really struggling, what do I do?

Hi, I'm a 20 year old Male. I'm 5'11 and 155 lbs. My body fat is 12.5 percent. My goal is to get down to 9 percent body fat, but psychologically I'm struggling really bad. I just always crave junk foods whenever I'm going through the caloric deficit and even when I eat all clean, i still crave them. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get the discipline to say no to junk foods and say yes to healthy foods? It's really messing me up and killing my gains, thanks!

9 percent body fat? You've got an eating disorder! That kind of thing can give you lifelong health problems and even give you a premature heart attack.

Plan your meals, and only shop for the food in your plan. Don't by the foods you normally binge on.

Is the reward worth the effort? At least part of you is unconvinced.
