Question for lawyers. It is understood that the developer has power to Revise or cancel any exsisting trust & Substitute It with another.?

    That basically reads to me (I'm not an attorney) that the developer can do pretty much as they want and you (if you are the other part) have no recourse. I would NOT be signing a document with that in it.
