The distance from the starting point is the diameter of the circle. This is 13.8 meter. The length of the path she skated is one circumference of the circle. This is 13.8 * π meters.

distance D = 2r = 6.9*2 = 13.8 m

path lenght L = PI*r = 6.9*3.1416 = 21.68 m

to find the distance from startings find diameter because you are on the other side of the circle and for length traveled find circumference divided by 2
