life and lives?
Life would be boring if it were not for music.
Our life would be boring if it were not for music.
Our lives would be boring if it were not for music.
Are all the above correct?
What are the differences among them in nuance?

All seem fine. Here's a quick overview of differences: The first is a general statement with no personal reference. The second personalizes the observation. The third makes it clear there are two or more people involved in the conclusion by pluralizing "life"

1 and 3 are correct. 2 is not because the tenses don't match. 'Our' is plural, so the verb must be plural, 'lives'. It's not nuance, it's grammar.
