Can you build muscles if you do cardio and weight lifting at the same day or does both have to be alternative?

Muscle needs calories to grow. Eat back all the calories you burned through cardio and you can still build muscle.

Lift weight first. You don't want to tire yourself out with cardio before you lift.

You can still build muscle, but you should be doing maybe 10-15 min cardio.

No, it can be the same day.

In fact, many "experts" recommend cardio as a warm-up before doing weight lifting.

Personally, I think a very practical approach is to do a full-body workout on day one and then since you need to rest the muscles for a day, do a cardio workout the next day.

Weight lifting will tear you body up. Body weight training is the way to go for muscle gain and most people will argue but let me see them being able to move their body after abusing their joints
