Thanks for the answers guys! Do you guys think that I can keep two or three ADFs in a five gallon tank with maybe an algae eater or snail?

African dwarf frogs need about 10 gallons even with other community fish, I have a betta with some adfs right now, so more gallons and you can do it

You need at least a 10 gallon for that. You also need at least 3 frogs. Please be aware that you may have to hand feed/spot feed the frogs every day.

Don't ask a pet store. That is DEFINITELY too small for them. Five or ten gallons at least, but something bigger might be more suitable.
