Is it okay that I rarely eat actual meals?

I might have a decent size meal every few days? I don't always eat and really that feeling of hunger is more of a pain in the *** I can't be bothered to deal with so I have them quick pots of porridge, ya know them just add water pots. I live off that and eat a meal maybe once every 3 days. It's not a diet thing it's just a I can't be bothered to eat thing.

    You need to be careful. It's ok now but in the long term it could have a negative impact on your health. The body needs certain minerals, vitamins and nutrients to function properly. Ask your doctor for a leaflet or to refer you to a dietician.

      I do feel drained most of the time. The other thing is when I do eat a meal the next day I can see I've lost weight
