I've always hated how thin my wrists are. Is there cosmetic surgery to correct this like wrist implants?

No, there are no wrist implants. The wrist is a joint that requires nothing in the way that would impede unrestricted movement and any type of implant will get in the way of the free movement of nerves, bone, muscle, cartilage and tendons. It's quite a marvel of engineering and fine motor control of your fingers starts in the muscles and tendons of the wrist. Anything implanted in that area could mess up the way your hand functions. You might have a thick wrist at the cost of a paralyzed hand. The risks far outweigh any gains from a wrist implant so no ethical doctor will do such a thing. The reality is that no one on earth cares about the size and shape of your wrist other than you. Instead of focusing on your wrist focus on everything about you that isn't your wrist.
