what bloodwork do they do at reception - Army ?

I’m just curious what exactly they’re testing for at reception, before basic training.

    the usual suspects: HIV all the HEPs, leukemia, iron deficiencies, and most common blood borne diseases or conditions. they will also type and cross match you and place the info in your medical file( and on your dog tags)
