Can anyone recommend autobiographies focusing on the author's suffering through psychiatric illnesses (namely Scizophrenia)?

I dont mean "self help" books either.

Thank you, and then points will be given within 3 days time (or sooner).

You couldn't wait for a week or so on giving out those points, could you? It's just that I want to space out all my "Best Answers" until about November. Cheers. You're a pal.
