I struggle to structure sentences. They do not flow properly and it makes things I write difficult to read. Could this be dyslexia?

Maybe. It may also be because you don't read much. Reading gives you "file cabinet" in your full of examples of how sentences are structures and how paragraphs hold together.

Doesn't sound like it. It's more likely to be lack of knowledge and practice. Have you looked up what dyslexia is?
