How long would it take to have Auschwitz up and running again if Germany decided to do so?

It's in Poland, so Germany can't "get it up and running again".

They would have to clear out all the tourists. That would take a while.

They don't need it. They could use USA modern model and avoid all detection, not even on a map.
Defective software and trained professionals to guarantee the class are much more effective and efficient (Nazis appreciate that kind of intelligence).
Sadly however, their agenda driven policies have the wrong persons correcting problems and moving resolution out of a legitimate court, reliance on kangaroo courts still is effective.
They don't need to. The decendents of those who worked against them are being picked off daily.

Auschwitz is in Poland, so there would be any number of political and logistical problems with that.
