Any advice for taking shrooms alone?

I recently bought a psilocybin cubensis B+ grow kit. I will be growing, harvesting, and eating magic mushrooms for the first time. I use to smoke weed when I was younger, but haven’t done drugs since. I don’t have many friends, so I will be experimenting on my own. Any Advice?

If you are alone, don’t do anything anyone tells you to do.

When you realize that your lip has gone numb and you find yourself drooling, pray to God to make sure you come out of it okay.

Read any of the books of Terence McKenna, ethnobotanist and expert on naturally occurring psychedelic plants. He did his research on mushrooms and their effects in the 1970s through the 1990s.

Don't let the fact he is deceased discourage you.

My advice is that you should not do it alone. The effects can be disconcerting and it is generally useful to have someone nearby to help you maintain. I am not saying disaster is likely if done alone, just that it could be less pleasant than you desire. Sometimes having a lifeline to pull you back from the edge is very helpful.

Don't do it alone. have someone sober ("ground control") guide you

The last thing tripping people want is someone sober around.
