kind of most of the sites are blocked but it's not foolproof and some of them fall through the cracks, I'm pretty sure Google Images will actually allow you to see porn but it won't connect you to a site like RedTube

Are you planning on playing with your tottie in a public place or is this a research question for a 'friend'.

Most public WiFi connections have a web content monitor and will restrict access to certain sites like porn, torrents etc.

Regardless of the public wi-fi aspect......lets say you have it saved on your phone. Can you watch your "saved" porn in public on your phone? The answer is no.

Only if your moral compass allows it.

    Hmmm...

There may be no specific laws against this yet as this is a relatively new issue but I'm pretty sure the establishments themselves have regulations against it and they can throw you out for reasons they can come up with. Then again existing laws that serve to protect the public from actions deemed uncomfortable or unsafe can be used against you if ever you are reported to the police.

McDonald's and Starbucks probably has an Internet guard on it that blocks those kind of sites.

Your mom got the filters working, did she? Good for her.

Doing it in public is gross and creepy. Don't do it unless you want someone to report you to the police, yo. Get your own damn wifi in the privacy of your own place. Sheesh.

If you have a VPN you can.

I wouldn't try that... However, public networks usually have web-content filters to prevent stuff like this from happening. Not sure why you'd do this in public, though....
