Does pneumonia make it hard to walk around? Do you feel really dizzy with pneumonia?

    The two times I have had Pneumonia I was tired and weak, and I did get dizzy when I stood up or exerted myself.

    You feel tired and weak, and your breathing is wheezy and you get very short of breath.

    Yes you'll feel dizzy or feel like it's hard to walk around your lungs will hurt when you breathe and you'll spit up this yellowish looking stuff that has a funny taste. Don't wait for it to get better go to the doctor and tell him that you think you have pneumonia and he'll get you started on z-pack

    it can if you are not oxygenating fully due to the pneumonia, or are just very ill in general. Pneumonia has the potential to be pretty serious.
