As long as dollars are there, other currencies are also playing into existence. When the US dollar will become worthless so the other currencies like pound, Australian dollar, etc. The stock markets, shares, investment everything runs as there is a dollar in the market. Currently, as per stock market news, it is going positive and hopes will go like this without losing its value becoming worthless.

If you can ask that, then you have a very narrow understanding of what the word 'sell' means.
Any time you buy something, you are also selling something. You are selling your paper dollar to the person who is selling you whatever costs a dollar. You are saying, "I will give you this dollar for that," and they are agreeing to take it.
When paper money becomes worthless, then you and the seller of whatever it is you want will have to agree on the amount of gold...or silver....or anything with tangible value...that will get the trade done.

HAY! Your thinking, if dollars have no value what good will your gold be. If there is no money value then gold will have no value either. You can not eat it or drink it.

The US dollar is the nearest thing to a world currency. If it collasped so would the pound and euro. Most other currencies would be worthless way before that.

If the dollar became basically worthless, that would be far from the biggest ;problem.

They will sell it the same way they sell it when the US dollar isn't worthless. They will trade it for something of value, whether dollars or something else, at whatever rate is agreed upon, with somebody who wants the gold.
Pesos aren't worthless, by the way. They're just less valuable than the dollar. If the US dollar goes down in value, it simply means that it will take more dollars to buy an ounce of gold.

Easy. Just sell democrats. They're just as worthless but not really if you count the fact that they won't exist here anymore.

When the dollar goes down then gold goes up. And there are always buyers for gold.
