Initially in her books from 2000 onwards she dedicated her books to a 'Dr Staci Gruber' and stated the person's title as a Neurologist at Harvard etc thanking the person for research and help etc

But after a certain point all her books are newer books are dedicated 'To Staci'

Is that unusual, that initially she dedicated books to the person in her official capacity but now does so with just a first name?
