All fluids, and tire condition and brake condition and air freshener is new cause you are going to be stanky. If you got AC, check belts and coolant hose condition and condition of tires. Also check to see if spare tire has air in it also a paper road map... and you are good

When you take a long trip the things to check on your vehicle are look at the coolant level to be at the proper level, look at the coolant and heater hoses they shouldnt be really soft or really hard, a tune up on the enine which includes spark plugs, air filter, dis. cap if it takes one, rotor, plug wires. fuel filter, belts, change oil and filter, check tire pressures, look at tire treads, check the spare tire air pressure, check all oil levels, power steering, engine oil, Master cylinder, automatic transmission level, check all the lights, wiper blades. Road test and litsen for any noise comming from engine, wheels, brakes, drive line ( U-joints) this is just an inspection most parts are probably good to go so only replace if needed Good Luck

If you have to ask then you need to take it to a shop for a proper inspection.

At 100,000 the spark plugs and plug wires need replacement; an oil, oil filter, air filter change should be done; tire rotation is due and should be considered; check all other fluid levels.

If you have had routine maintenance done regularly, then you should be good to go. If not, take it in for an oil change and diagnostic check. You can visually check any hoses and belts to be sure they are okay.
