What do you think of my set of policy proposals for tapping into the potential of automation?
Philosophy: Automation has the potential to create more jobs than it replaces, we just need to use and regulate it the correct way.
-Require all new properties sold to come with a solar panel attached to them.
-Implement a carbon tax: Tax $20 for every ton of greenhouse gasses emitted, and increase the carbon tax as alternative energy becomes more economically feasible.
-Increase the minimum wage to $12 per hour for large businesses (>1,000 employees) and $11 per hour for small businesses (<1,000 employees).
-Increase the SBA small business loan to a minimum of $100,000 for startup companies and negotiable for higher depending on business needs.
-Provide free government-sponsored educational courses about how you can harness the power of artificial intelligence to be used in your business.
-Provide government-sponsored tools for people experimenting with computers or artificial intelligence. Specifically, provide public access to high-powered workstations so people can become familiar with using artificial intelligence and doing power-intensive tasks.

Robotic process automation is the fastest-growing segment of the global software market.
Your proposals would definitely help speed up its research, development, and deployment.
Even though it's bound to happen given how popular it's getting.
