"Are flax seeds raw?"
- There are more types:
1) not pealed, only dried, raw.
2) not pealed, salted and baked/roasted.
3) pealed, naturally dried, raw.
4) pealed, salted and baked.
5) pealed, salted and fried with oil.
"Can they be included on a raw vegan diet?"
- Absolutely, raw has more nutrients and especially healthy oils. Some less proteins in percents than roasted/baked.
90% of what I eat is raw (or in blender). I get sick from anything cooked.
