Nothing concrete. However, there are a lot of shady rumors and a few coincidences that a lot of people grasp onto. When you are on a particular political side, you're motivated to denounce the opposing side and people just use whatever they see as long as it's presented to them in a semi-decent manner. It's the same with Trump: There is no evidence that he's killed anyone, yet people are willing to make connections to murders just to suit their political agenda. Using the Epstein case, people note that the two have met before and run with the theory that because such an association would sink Trump he *has* to be the one who ordered Epstein's death to protect his re-election chances. Likewise, with Clinton, people note that he's been a passenger on the "Lolita Express" and jump to the conclusion that he was aware of that name or what it was used for with at least Epstein. We can't prove that, but people still jump to conclusions.
