Why would anyone traveling in Europe want to visit a concentration camp?

Vacation is supposed to be about having fun.

    Some people are not afraid to experience the tougher aspects of history. Each to their own.

    Millions died. Mass homicides. People inside the USA

    want that to begin anew. Stay in Europe. It is safer.

    Yeah, mostly fun. But also learning a bit about world history. It's important to avoid making the same mistakes over again to learn what those mistakes were. It's also important to understand where our culture came from, it's beginnings and foundations.
