at least 600. That will average to about 200 each considering it cost over 100 to get in. and each will probably spend another 50 to 75 on food and drinks.
It's not a cheap park as they trying to get rid of poor people and cater to get your money.

1/ It's TAKE not bring.
2/ You don't need to take anything. Just take a bank card and use ATMs.

2 Years? Let's see most likely this "plan" is you being a teenager figuring that in the two years you can save enough money to convince your parents to go.
You first have to determine how you are getting there. Are you close enough to drive? Do you have to fly? How long are you staying? Exactly when are you going? Where do you want to stay? Do you plan on doing just the basics in terms of food and activities or do you want to do things such as Character Dining, or a nicer restaurant.
Your "spending" money for things such as souvenirs could be $100 or it could be a few thousand dollars. Depending on if you want a couple of shirts, or some limited edition artwork.
Depending on those answers you could have a $1000 trip or a $10,000+ trip.

The Disney web site lists all restaurants and kiosks’ menus and prices.
You need to be sure to eat and drink throughout the day to stay feeling tip top.
Alcohol drinks can really add up. They’re expensive there.
The rest is what you can or want to spend. Lots of temping souvenirs there. Candy and snack treats.
Do you need to include parking fees at the theme parks? That is pricey.
We do the pressed pennies while we are there. We save up our quarters and shiniest pennies to do them. They are all over the parks. There is a map
When at Disney, ALWAYS have a stash of cash (in the bank) on reserve if you find things are more than you expect. Or want to do more.
Allears.net is good site to read through.

It depends on how long you're going and what that money is for. Is that for food, or just for souvenirs and other extras like that?
If you plan to eat in the parks, you should plan on about $40-75 per person, per day - but that depends on where you eat and how many meals you eat in the parks. We often bring our own breakfast foods to eat in the hotel. If you stick to quick-service places, then it'll be on the lower end of this. If any of those people are kids, then it might be even lower.
No one can advise you on souvenir spending though. There are things for as little as $5 and things that cost hundreds of dollars. So it depends on what you would buy, and how much you would buy. We can't predict that.
If you are also wondering about ticket and hotel costs, then that depends on lots of other factors - when you go, how long you go, where you stay, etc. Since you said "spending money," I assume these things aren't included in what you're asking about.
