i bought my brother a gaming monitor but he does not play games. should i still give it to him for regular use.?

    It's seems a little odd to spend the extra money on a high refresh rate gaming monitor that someone will never really use, but I suppose if it was less than $150 you might as well just let him enjoy it for regular use. Otherwise I would return it and buy him a regular monitor or maybe even a bigger one for the same price.

    Why id you buy him a gaming monitor if he doesn't play games? What's next, are going to buy a no-legged man a pair of shoes for Christmas?

    Sure. Gaming computers are much faster than regular ones. It depends, are you giving him just the monitor or the computer/laptop itself? Doesn't matter, if you really want to give it to him, go ahead.
