Leave it on front curb with a sign that has the price you will accept. If an honest person drives by and wants it, you will get your money. Otherwise...

A pawn shop, or other shops that give commissions for selling things for you.

Have somebody sell it for you at a yard sale.

Flat Panel Computer monitors are a drag on the market today. I have thrown away more FP because I couldn't sell them than I care to think about. If it is huge and has a high DPI from a reputable maker you may be able to sell it on Craigslist or your local facebook sales group.

I got a Dell 30 inch high density monitor with tons of connectivity that works perfectly for $20 at a yard sale a week ago. My 17--21 inch monitors I have bought for around $10 and sold for about the same amount. A new one costs less than $100.
