Gods existence?

Is it possible to argue for the existence of god without committing a fallacy? I’ve never seen it done.

You can make an argument that is unsound without committing one of the formal fallacies. That doesn't make the premises true, only that the argument is valid (the conclusion logically follows the premises) but if the truth of the premises can not be demonstrated the argument is not sound.

I agree with you, i have never heard a argument for the existence of god that was sound or isn't based on a fallacy.

God exists and one can know this with certainty by reciting the rosary each day with care.

God has shown sufficient to all.

Those who refuse obviously don't want Him.

  • Yes it is dear, sadly the atheists rely too heavily on fallacies and they think something is a fallacy when it's really the atheist's reliance on a fallacy, dear.

    • That's an appeal to ignorance (based on their fallacy), and when people say "The Holy Bible contains the word of God that you can study to find out He is true", the atheist using personal incredulity will declare "that's a fallacy", when it's really the atheists' own fallacy, dear.

  • Look, even children in kindergarten if you ask them a question about God, they say that God is there!

Instead, when you become adults, you start not believing in God, you know why? They love to do evil, and do not seek God through prayer, to have His confirmation!

The atheist cannot sustain, but the believer supports him because he has had experience with God. That is where the difference lies!

There's no evidence for God's existence. What has previously been considered evidence by theists such as 'the beauty of the butterfly' can be explained by evolution. As for fallacy, there were many argued by people like David Hume who explains that the God of the Bible cannot exist given the state of the world today - e.g. Being omnipotent, omniscient and omnibenevolent.

Not really besides since nothing supernatural exists its pretty easy to rule out all gods.

    • You don't know why you live your life in sin, and you like it that way? But one day you'll have to deal with it, prepare for the judgment of the Gods!
