I'm scared I'll have a black eye?

Seriously, honestly, in your opinion will this turn into a black eye. I got it by my own stupid clumsiness while cleaning a garage, it has been about an hour and a half. I didn't do anything with it yet, only took aspirin.

I think you’ll have a pretty big black eye. Put an ice pack or frozen veggies on it

Don't think about medicines. An Ice Pack will definitely help you to get it normal

It could very well turn black. Don't take aspirin; take Motrin instead.

Ice will greatly help reduce the swelling, too.

Twenty hours later, I imagine that eye is swollen shut and black. Nothing to do here, you can ice but it won't speed up the recovery. Severe shiner like yours can take a month to heal. Good luck.

I'm sorry to say that's going to blacken. You need to minimize swelling now with cold compresses like an ice pack, an alcohol slush pack, or just a cold cloth you refresh often.

The good news is that the injury is above the eye. Depending on your day to day makeup routine, you may be able to minimize the appearance of the black eye with lots of eye shadow.

Aspirin is a blood thinner so that was a bad idea. If your eye is this swollen you need to ice it but since it's already changing color I'd say you'll have a pretty nasty black eye.

Gently put a cold wet cloth on it to calm it down. Keep running cold water on the cloth to keep it cool.
