Is this outfit dress up or casual wear?

    I like it. It very nice. As it is I would say casual wear but if you wear some nice heels, some tasteful earrings and a necklace with it it would pass as dress up.

    It is something a younger lady would wear to S&M mall. So high end casual wear.

    Up is, wear it for cinema and night parties. It,s more of a gay color.Casual wearings are usually black a thicker or longer.

    More casual I’d say. I wouldn’t wear it anywhere formal or to a restaurant. You could dress it up a bit to wear it to a party or club or something though. But personally I think it looks quite cheap and tacky and you could find something better to wear. The style of the skirt is nice but I don’t like the top.
